HUG ME Ink will be hosting HEALTHY MINDS, HEALTHY HEARTS: A Mental Health & Wellness Conference on Saturday, July 26, 2025 at Region 20 Education Service Center in San Antonio, Texas.

Our Healthy Minds, Healthy Hearts initiative is driven by the following goals:
• Equipping our community with the tools needed to support personal growth and recovery.
• Encouraging individuals to leave the past behind and move forward toward their dreams.
• Empowering each person to be a catalyst for positive change within their commUNITY.

We believe that bringing together individuals from diverse backgrounds creates a valuable opportunity to collaborate, connect, and develop stronger solutions as a united community. Join us as a Workshop Presenter in making a difference:
